This privacy policy applies to the printroom-engine application ("the App"), an internal automation tool used solely by the operator to manage their own Pinterest Business and Etsy seller presence under the brand Paper Bloom Shop. The App is not distributed to or used by any third parties.
The App accesses only data belonging to the operator's own connected accounts via official platform APIs (Pinterest API v5, Etsy Open API v3). This includes the operator's own boards, pins, listings, sales records, and analytics. The App does not collect, store, or process data belonging to any other Pinterest user, Etsy buyer, or member of the public.
Data accessed through platform APIs is used exclusively to: create and schedule pins on the operator's own boards, manage product listings in the operator's own Etsy shop, and generate internal analytics reports for the operator. No data is shared, sold, or transferred to any third party.
API credentials and operational state are stored on a private server controlled solely by the operator. Files are restricted to operator access (chmod 600). No data is transmitted to any external service except as required to call the Pinterest or Etsy APIs themselves.
The App calls Pinterest's and Etsy's official APIs. No other third-party services receive operator account data.
When a customer purchases a digital product from the operator's Etsy shop, Etsy provides the operator with the customer's email address and (where applicable) name. This information is used solely to deliver the purchased digital file and respond to support inquiries. It is never shared with any third party, used for marketing without explicit consent, or retained beyond what is required for record-keeping under tax law.
Customers may request deletion of their data by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
